Brian M. Scheuring, CPA, CFE
Brian joined Groen, Kluka & Company, P.C. in 1997 and is a firm shareholder. While with the firm, he has obtained extensive experience in audit, review, compilation and corporate taxation in the areas of manufacturing, construction, engineering, non-profit, mortgage banking and wholesale distributors. He also addresses and prepares individual tax returns.
In January 2006 Scheuring earned his Certified Fraud Examination (CFE) designation from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the world's leading provider of anti-fraud training and education. He is certified to provide fraud examination services to Groen, Kluka & Company, P.C. clients.
With his CFE designation, Scheuring is credentialed in four areas critical to the ongoing fight against fraud: fraudulent financial transactions, criminology and ethics, as well as legal elements of fraud and fraud investigation.
Brian earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan with a major in accounting and business information systems.
