Secured Server Gives Clients Safe Access to Tax Returns
Once again many Groen, Kluka & Company clients are getting electronic access to their tax returns - without the worrying about online security.
For the third consecutive tax season Groen, Kluka & Company is offering all clients and referral source a free Secured Server account that will allow them to view or download sensitive personal documents such as tax returns in a highly secure online environment. This service utilizes just an internal GK & Co. server, meaning that email messages are not bounced from server to server, thereby significantly decreasing the liklihood that Internet hackers can access such data as Social Security numbers.
All GK & Co. clients are assigned a unique username and password which can be used to send or receive documents in a highly secure atmosphere. The process takes just minutes to set up and is hassle-free. Once an account is set up, it functions just like a normal email account only it uses only one server.
