CPA Associates International (www.cpaai.com)
CPAAI is an association of independent CPA and chartered accounting firms that provide clients with professional accounting, auditing, tax and a variety of consulting services. Each member firm preserves its autonomy, but is part of and can draw on the organization's vast international network. There are nearly 150 member firms worldwide.
Association for Accounting Marketing (www.accountingmarketing.com)
The Association for Accounting Marketing, Inc.'s primary mission is to act as a catalyst for furthering the marketing and sales efforts of its participating firms. Inherent in this mission is a focus on education and professional skills development to enable our members to add value to their firms and act as a compass for the rapidly changing competitive environment. There are nearly 550 members nationwide.
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (www.aicpa.org)
The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its predecessors have been serving the accounting profession since 1887 through continuing education, information sharing and more. All CPAs at Groen, Kluka & Company, P.C. are members of AICPA.
Michigan Association of CPAs (www.michcpa.org)
Members of the MACPA enjoy access to more than 300 continuing professional education courses annually, the opportunity to develop and expand leadership skills through association task forces and legislative advocacy programs and significant member savings plans on insurance rates, credit card rates and air miles, telecommunication services, office supplies, travel programs, popular magazines, and other products and services. All CPAs at Groen, Kluka & Company, P.C. are members of MICHCPA. Some have been appointed to serve on various task forces.
Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association (www.detroitlawyer.org)
The Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association (DMBA) is one of the state's leading law-related organizations. The Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association was founded in 1836 to allow peers to discuss legal-related issues locally and nationally and has since served the legal community in and around Detroit. Membership is comprised of attorneys and those industries that service or assist attorneys or the legal process.

Business Associations

Automation Alley (www.automationalley.com)
The goal of Automation Alley as a business consortium is to expand Southeast Michigan's burgeoning technology cluster and guide the future of Michigan by attracting world-class, high-tech industries and professionals to the region. The Consortium collaborates with government agencies and educators to raise awareness of the region, attract world-class talent to Southeast Michigan's companies, and develop programs to support Automation Alley members. Groen, Kluka & Company, P.C. is one of more than 500 active members.
Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce (www.detroitchamber.com)
There are more than 21,000 businesses throughout Michigan that are part of the Detroit Regional chamber, making it one of the largest business chambers in the Midwest. It provides Networking events, procurement services, small business/international trade counseling and more to its members.
Chamber of Commerce of Sterling Heights, Utica and Shelby Township (www.suscc.com)
The Sterling Heights Area Chamber of Commerce (SUSCC) serves the Southeastern Michigan communities of Sterling Heights, Utica, and Shelby Township. It is the largest Chamber of Commerce in Michigan's Macomb County, with over 1,750 members and associate members.
Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce (www.rochesterregionalchamber.com)
The Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization with a current membership base of approximately 850 business and community organizations founded in 1955 to represent the broad interests of its members doing business in Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township in Southeastern Michigan.
